Letter of appreciation

Dear Sir/Madam,

We both joined the school for improving our English language a few months ago, this has been a wonderful experience and it wouldn’t be fair if we don’t say a few words of appreciation about the service excellence.

Thank you so much for this great initiative and providing us with the opportunity to be part of this project, which have been tremendous experience for the both of us not only by having and exciting language improvement but also participating in various adventures and learning activities within the class room and by visiting some excellent historical sites in Birmingham.

All teaching and support staff have been extremely helpful. For us this has been a unique education service.

We would again extend out gratitude to all those who have been involved to make this possible for us.  We would definitely put our recommendation for anyone planning to do a similar English language course with this institute.
