St. Chad’s Sanctuary had a fascinating learning week. Among the wonderful programmes that were prepared were the tour of the Cathedral and a trip to the birth place of Shakespeare. The trip was the best of the best. Our departure from the Sanctuary was at 11am exactly as it was said it was done so. When we reached there we sat under a shadow of a big tree to share the agape and get strength for the day.
After eating we were divided into groups and we followed our guides to visit the historical sites.
Then we concluded by visiting the church where Shakespeare was buried.
At the end of the trip we were left by ourselves to do what we wanted and were programmed to meet at the coach at the given time. We did so perfectly. We returned to St. Chad’s Sanctuary safe and joyfully after spending the day together. The Psalmist says, ‘How beautiful and nice when brothers and sisters are together in unity and peace, this is one way to do it in action.’
